We believe you should know the cost before we start. The rates below are starting points for common jobs across Brisbane North and Moreton Bay — your final quote depends on parts, how long the job takes, and site conditions.
On-site visits are $130 per hour with no call-out fee — that means we don’t charge extra just for driving to your shop or home. Remote help over the internet starts from around $100 per hour when that’s a suitable fix.
Eligible computer repairs come with our No Fix, No Fee promise: if we can’t fix the problem you came in for, you don’t pay for the repair labour. Wi‑Fi and camera installs are quoted as a fixed package after we’ve seen the site.

These are starting points, not fixed prices for every job. We always quote before billable work begins — no surprise add-ons on the day.
What affects the final price?
Repairs: parts cost varies — a laptop screen for a newer model costs more than an older one. We quote parts and labour separately so you can see exactly where the money goes.
On-site visits: most jobs take one to two hours. If we finish early, you pay for actual time worked — not a minimum block.
Wi‑Fi and cameras: building size, number of cameras, and how much cabling is needed all affect the total. That’s why we visit (or review detailed photos) before quoting a fixed install price.
