How it works when you call us
Most jobs start with a quick phone call or message. We ask what’s gone wrong, who it’s affecting, and how urgent it is. From there we can often fix things remotely, come to your shop or home, or take the computer into our Aspley workshop.
For bigger jobs — like fitting cameras, running new Wi‑Fi through a warehouse, or setting up several new computers — we’ll visit first, take photos or measurements, and send a clear written quote before any billable work starts. We can usually work around your opening hours.

We don’t treat home jobs as second-class. You’ll get the same honest advice about whether a repair is worth it, and the same No Fix, No Fee approach on eligible repairs. On-site visits start at $130/hour with no call-out fee; remote help from around $100/hour.
