A broken computer costs you time and money — whether it’s the till PC at your shop, a laptop your staff member needs for tomorrow’s job, or the family computer with all the school photos on it. We diagnose the problem, explain your options in plain language, and fix it properly.
Every job starts with a clear quote covering labour, parts and how long it should take — before we open the case. On eligible repairs we offer No Fix, No Fee: if we can’t fix what you brought it in for, you don’t pay for the repair labour.
We work on desktops, laptops and all-in-ones from Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS and other common brands. Bring it to our Aspley workshop, or we can come to your shop or home for on-site help at $130/hour with no call-out fee.
Not sure whether to repair or replace? We’ll give you an honest answer. Sometimes a new SSD — a faster type of storage — breathes years of life into an older machine for a fraction of the cost of buying new.

Data recovery — don’t make it worse
If a hard drive has failed or files have been deleted, stop using the computer and call us. The more you use it, the harder recovery becomes. We assess the damage, explain your chances honestly, and recover what we can — work files, photos, school work, the lot.
